Tips & strategy
- Opening in the centre gives you the most winning lines.
- If the AI takes the centre, respond in a corner.
- Create a fork — two threats at once — because a single threat is always blockable.
- Against the Impossible AI a draw is the best available result, and that is a mathematical fact.

Can the Impossible difficulty be beaten?
No. It uses a full minimax search, so it plays perfectly. A draw is the best you can achieve.
What do the three difficulties do?
Easy moves randomly, Medium blocks and takes obvious wins, and Impossible never makes a mistake.
Is the running record saved?
Yes, your wins, losses and draws persist between visits.
