How to play Blackjack

  1. Set your bet with the − and + buttons, then press Deal.
  2. Hit to take another card, or Stand to hold. Double doubles your bet for exactly one more card.
  3. Get as close to 21 as you can without going over — the nearest to 21 beats the dealer.
  4. The dealer reveals and draws to 17. A two-card 21 is a blackjack and pays 3:2.

  • Double down on a hard 10 or 11 when the dealer shows a weak up-card.
  • An ace counts as 11 until that would bust you, then it quietly drops to 1.
